Black and white lace over full lining.  Top of dress is about 3 inches lower in back, belt is missing.

Tags are missing, assuming by measurements (in photos) that it is Small, fabric is polyester or a polyester blend.

I measured from the inside, the lining.

Excellent condition other than the belt, recently laundered.
