These are in used wearable condition. The ring is not marked with the company name or Sterling, but they did come from the same estate and they both appear to match fairly decent. I did a quick acid test on the ring and it was positive for Sterling, but I am not going to claim that it is sterling due to the soul fact that it is not marked. The stone on that Ring does have a big chip out of it as you can see in the pictures. I am no jewelry expert so I do not know the conditions on any of these.
