Function Principle

1.Brake fluid is drawn from the fresh fluid bottle by a cylinder and continuously pumped at a specified pressure into the vehicle's brake fluid pump. Then, following the vehicle's original factory-specified sequence, bleeding the old brake fluid from each wheel brake sub-cylinder in turn until new brake fluid flows.

 

2.Compared to conventional pressurized brake fluid exchanger, this pulsating brake fluid exchanger effectively avoids air bubbles during refilling and optimizes or eliminates the manual brake bleeding process.

 

3.Built-in pressure monitoring device. If pressure cannot be built up or the cylinder draws air, then the cylinder is disconnected, preventing the air from being introduced into the vehicle's brake fluid container.

 

4.Layout / Workstation:Place the brake fluid exchanger on a flat surface. Make sure the filler hose is not under mechanical stress, such as when lifting the vehicle onto a lift. The work station is located around the brake fluid switch during start-up and operation. In other cases, the stationary work station for the brake fluid switch is not specified.

User's guidance

Initial start-up/equipment self-emptying

Warning: in any case, air-emptying must be performed at the first start-up.

* Place the brake fluid exchanger firmly on a flat surface.

* Unscrew the filling sealing cover of the top cover of the fresh fluid bottle.

* Pour new brake fluid into the new fluid bottle and insert the suction hose and pressure balancing hose into the new fluid bottle up to the bottom.

* Place the new fluid bottle in the bracket of the brake fluid exchanger to prevent it from tipping over.

* Connect the power supply to the brake fluid exchanger and turn on the switch.

* Select the Standard mode, press the "Start" button, and turn off the power after 3 seconds working.

* Brake bleeding is possible by recovering through a fresh fluid bottle until the brake fluid is purged of any air bubbles and overflowing.

 

Operation Exchanging the brake fluid

Warning：The specifications in the safety guidelines must be strictly complied.

* Before start the operation, pay attention to the vehicle manufacturer's tips on maximum filling pressure and special work instructions.

* As a matter of principle, for each model of vehicle, the guidelines and criteria provided by the manufacturer for emptying the brake equipment are always valid.

* If there is no special state of the working pressure value in the guidelines and criteria for emptying brake equipment provided by the manufacturer, this brake fluid exchanger provides 2 pressure modes: Standard mode 0-1.5 bar (5 minutes); Fast mode 0- 2 bar (3 minute);The standard mode is defaulted when switch on.If a specific working pressure is required, it can be switched   and it must be in a non-working state when switching.

* Install the additional adapter, or select the appropriate adapter according to the instructions, on the vehicle's brake fluid container.

* Connect the filling hose to the installed adapter.

* Lift the car to the right height, unscrew the drain valve on the brake sub-cylinder, and connect the old oil bottle.

* Turn on the switch and press the "Start" button. Check that the adapter on the brake fluid container is in the proper position and that it is sealed. If there is brake fluid overflow, press the "Stop" switch immediately and find out the cause.
