I'm pretty sure this winter hat is from the 90s or so - it has a tag on the inside. The brim does not have any sort of structure to it - it can be worn down as shown in the first photo or flip it up. This hat doesn't really have any adjustability besides being made with stretchy elastic around the headband - it really is a "one size fits most" hat. It fits both my kids and it fits my noggin just fine too (I'm a 42 year old average adult male).
