Vintage 1990 Mattel Stars 'n Stripes Navy Barbie Doll (Model #9693). The outer box has been opened and exhibits wear, but the Barbie doll itself is brand new and has never been removed from the inner cardboard backing. She is wearing her white dress uniform skirt and jumper blouse with her original factory waist tie-down band and plastic hair/hat tags still fully intact.

Please note that this set is incomplete. It includes the doll in her skirt uniform, black garrison hat, unpunched cardboard accessories sheet, and the maritime signal flag sticker sheet. It is missing the extra white trousers/pants, the plastic map tube cylinder accessory shown in the box art, and the plastic packet containing her shoes.
