• Small parts ship by standard carrier (USPS / UPS / FedEx).
• Engines and frames ship freight (LTL) and must deliver to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift, or to the carrier's terminal for pickup. Residential delivery, where the carrier offers it, adds carrier fees.
• Freight items need extra handling — please allow up to 3 business days for engines, frames, and other freight orders to dispatch.
• Inspect freight shipments on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
• Shipping quotes are estimates. We work hard to keep them accurate; on oversized or freight items, if there's a major mismatch we may contact you about the difference — or, if we can't work it out, cancel the order for a full refund. No surprise charges.
• Buying more than one part? We combine shipping — request a combined invoice before you pay.
• International buyers: any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price. They are billed by your local customs or carrier at delivery — we have no way to calculate or prepay them.
