This antique Gibson A-4 Mandolin is quite a work of art. It will look even greater ounce it is cleaned up and fully restored. I took loads of pictures as well as a detailed video to show exactly what you are working with. It obviously needs a bridge, strings, and pick guard to complete it. Structurally it appears to be sound. There is a small ever so fine hairline crack that runs parallel to the neck on the right side of the top which can barely be seen. It is with the grain and not against it. I must note again, the piece is still very solid. I am offering this gorgeous piece exactly as pictured and at no reserve.
