Up for sale is a pair of vintage Cambro Camtray fiberglass cafeteria trays from the University of Minnesota. The back of each tray is marked "Camtray, Cambro Manufacturing Co., Huntington Beach, Calif." with the NSF seal, date code 87-2, and "University of Minnesota Health Sciences Unit B.C. Food Services 1987." These were used in the U of M Health Sciences food service and are a neat piece of Minnesota and Gophers campus history.

The trays are a green trapezoid shape, about 18" x 14". The top has a white "OutInside" logo and a white accent stripe. The underside shows the classic visible fiberglass strand pattern these Cambro trays are known for.

Both trays are in used vintage condition. They show light utensil scratching and surface wear on the tops, consistent with years of cafeteria use. There is some old masking tape residue on the underside. I found no cracks, chips, or breaks. Please see the photos for the full condition, as they are part of the description. You will receive both trays shown.
