The Vintage Roberts RIC2 Portable Transistor Radio from the 1980s is a charming piece of retro technology that has been tested and confirmed to be in good working order.

This navy blue radio, made by the renowned brand Roberts, captures the essence of the era with its classic design and portable functionality.

Perfect for those who appreciate the nostalgia of vintage electronics or who enjoy collecting rare vintage radios, this working radio is a unique and stylish addition to any collection.

This example is missing its swivel foot but it is in good condition considering its age.  There are some minor age related marks from use etc but over all this navy example is in nice condition.

We are by the coast and we get poor reception here and usually no MW or LW but I could get two channels in MW here :-). It works but as with all radios of this age it could probably need tweaking by the right hands to get it back to factory spec .

All in all it's a lovely example of a sought after radio and as such will be of interest to collectors , enthusiasts or a retro inspired retail premises or theatrical production.
