From the 1930s, a cropped, short-sleeve jacket in the most gorgeous shade of deep electric blue, with stitching creating a textured floral pattern. No closure. The fabric is incredibly soft and luxurious. Feels heavenly. From my personal collection.
Labels: only the size tag remains, indicating it was commercially made (Note that a 1930s size 14 is not a modern size 14. Please see the measurement photos. Jacket will fit a modern size 0-4).
Fiber/Care: Feels like silk velvet with rayon lining / dry-clean only
Condition: Jacket is nearly 100 years old, so please do not expect perfection, but it is in excellent wearable condition with no flaws to note beyond color shift on the lining.
*This 1930s bolero jacket has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.*
Garment Measurements:
(Ignore the vintage size tag and go by the measurements shown and provided below. For reference, I wear a U.S. women's modern size 2, weigh 120-125lbs, and measure 35.5" around the bust. It fits me. If you're the same size or smaller, it should work for you)
bust (not meant to fully close in front): shy 34"/86.25cm
length, front: 15.5"/39cm
length, back (measured on front): 16.5"/42cm
