This listing includes a vintage Megcos musical bus toy. There is some fading on a couple of the pictures. But. All images are still clearly visible. The electronics still function properly. It does need batteries. Feel free to make me an offer if you are interested.

The Megcos School Bus (Model #1295) is a popular vintage electronic learning toy. It was manufactured primarily in the late 1990s and early 2000s by Megcos Toys, a company specializing in educational and developmental toys for infants and toddlers.

         ~ Specifications & Mechanics ~

• Developmental Target: Designed for toddlers aged 12 to 36 months to build cognitive association (matching sounds to pictures) and fine motor skills (pushing buttons, turning mini-pages).

• Flip-Book Integration: The main play pattern consists of plastic flip-doors on the side of the bus that mimic a book. Each door features a split illustration of a distinct object or animal.

            ~ Audio Response Modes ~

• Flipping a plastic panel or pressing the corresponding numbered button directly above it triggers a specific vocal label or matching sound effect (such as an animal noise or vehicle sound).

• The large orange star button on top acts as a master sound trigger, playing short, cheerful children's melodies when pushed.
