DISPATCH:

Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm will usually be dispatched the same day where possible; otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next business day.

BOX CONDITION:

BOX CONDITION IS NOT GUARANTEED — NOT FOR COLLECTORS.

LEGO boxes may have storage creases, dents, bends, scratches, rips, tears, knife/carton cuts or other minor cosmetic wear. The actual item and box condition will be shown in the listing photos where applicable. Minor or cosmetic box damage is not a reason for return or refund, except for incorrect items or as otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

TRANSIT DAMAGE:

All items are carefully checked and photos of the LEGO set and outer packaging are taken before dispatch for reference. If an item is damaged during transit, we can assist with lodging a claim with Australia Post or the relevant courier. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging when requested for a claim.

PLEASE NOTE:

The LEGO box is NOT guaranteed to be in mint condition and is NOT suitable for collectors. Please do not purchase if you require a mint-condition box or are not comfortable with the above terms.
