1776-1976 Kennedy Bicentennial Half Dollar (50c) certified by NGC with a "Genuine" designation and a " Facsimile Signature" portrait label

A popular collector's item. The phrase "Genuine" on an NGC slab indicates that the coin is authentic but was not given a numeric grade (such as MS65 or PF69), typically due to environmental damage, cleaning, altered surfaces, or because the submitter simply requested an authenticity verification without a grade.

The Facsimile Signature Portrait Label is a special thematic holder insert issued by NGC. It features a portrait of President John F. Kennedy alongside a printed reproduction (facsimile) of his signature, acting as an aesthetic upgrade over standard white or brown labels

Actual Coin in Pictures.
