This is the forerunner of all consular stamps of Scadta.
Here you can buy one of the rare stamps of upper margin. Position 2 in the sheet. (all stamps of this position have lost green color at the right side)
This stamp has three signs on backside.
Note:
The earliest cover with a stamp "G. Mejia" is postmarked on 18-02-1922 (see also Handbook Scadta, Volume 3; page 1209).
The perforation was made by a sewing machine.
