Scadta stamps were sold to 31-12-1931.
After this time the national ADELCA sold new air mail stamps.
First issue were the last stamps of Scadta with overprint.
Here you have the rare situation of three things:
- The date is 09-01-1932
- a national stationary added with national stamps and ADELCA stamps
- 2nd postal rate
Note:
Mancomun was canceled in New York because there were no air mail over the atlantic to this time.
(see also my other offers in section Colombia)
I will sent by registration.
I will combine items.
