A vintage white 100% cotton marcella waistcoat with the honeycomb pattern. These vest fronts were worn with a tailcoat for formal evening wear. This one is single breasted with three mother of pearl stud buttons - these buttons can be removed for dry cleaning or washing. It has a pointed edge collar. This waistcoat has a white cotton back strap which fastens with metal buckle.
Size is small chest size 36 inches. Length from shoulder to hem 17 1/2 inches.
In good clean condition suitable for formal evening wear. The back strap has been extended by adding some extra pieces of fabric.
