Make a cup your way
For loose leaf, add one teaspoon to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes and strain. For tea bags, use one bag per cup and steep for the same time. Adjust to taste.
Serve black, add a splash of milk, or let the tea cool before pouring it over ice. Contains naturally occurring caffeine.
