Are used notebooks really reliable?

IT MIXX has been a proven specialist for used laptops, especially Lenovo ThinkPads, for years. Lenovo-branded ThinkPads are among the most reliable in their category and have an outstanding service life of up to ten years without the need for repairs. We put all notebooks through their paces and guarantee that they only leave our company in a visually and technically perfect condition. As a rule, these are leasing returns from companies that are almost as good as new due to the short period of use of a maximum of 2-3 years.

What does refurbished actually mean?

Refurbished is the English term for “generally overhauled”. Refurbished notebooks and other refurbished electronic devices at IT MIXX are optically and technically first-class. They look like new and work flawlessly, but are significantly cheaper than new products. They are suitable for all common Office applications.

Does IT MIXX give a guarantee on used notebooks?

IT MIXX laptops always come with a twelve-month warranty. You can extend this as desired.

Buying a used laptop: What do you have to pay attention to?

We want our customers to enjoy their used notebooks for a long time. That's why we check all laptops thoroughly before selling them. Nevertheless, you should also test your newly purchased device carefully in terms of appearance and functionality. Even a used device may only show slight signs of use, but no broken corners, cracks in the housing or even a defective keyboard. The battery must be working properly.
