Boy Scouts Bancroft black wool military beret, size 7 7/8 (fits 24.5" head circumference), with BSA eagle/fleur de lis patch on front. Genuine Bancroft military spec beret, real wool, leather sweatband.

These were not standard issue Boy Scout berets, some troops bough their hats from Bancroft because they were higher quality than the BSA sold at the time, and the troops put the BSA patch on them. This is a rarer, very large size beret.

Clean, nice even black color. Has small fabric pull on top, otherwise very nice.
