For bid is an original circa 1900's YALE COLLEGE football team photograph of 11 women in Y sweaters and football uniforms! The ladies are having fun and standing in a gymnasium somewhere, possibly in New Haven, Connecticut. Yale banners on the walls in the distance. The women are standing on the hardwood floor of the building. Another photo was formerly attached to the back.
1902 is written in pencil on the back.
This may have been a play or floor show. The young women are college age girls. They are leaning over and many are laughing. Fun photo!
Pretty provocative photo of women wearing pants in the Victorian / Edwardian age...
Photo about 7 inches across. GREAT clarity.
