Delivery. Free delivery to UK mainland addresses. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within a further 2 working days. Larger orders may arrive in more than one delivery. Glass panels travel by specialist pallet freight, so please make sure someone is available to receive them.
Please include a phone number. Our couriers need a contact number to arrange delivery. If your order has no phone number, we will message you through eBay to ask for one, and delivery cannot be booked until we have it.
Something wrong? Message us first. If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please message us through eBay before opening a return. We can usually sort it much faster directly. Please check your delivery on arrival and send us photos within 48 hours: freight carriers need prompt notice for us to claim and send your replacement quickly. We will replace the item free of charge, or refund you if you prefer. Reporting after 48 hours does not affect your legal rights.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item?. You can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, and return postage is your responsibility, so please pack glass carefully. We may reduce your refund if an item comes back handled beyond what was needed to inspect it, or damaged in return transit. Refunds are issued once we have received and checked the item.
Payment. Immediate payment is required for Buy It Now purchases.
