Description
This is a rarely seen 'Compendium of Modern Geography' by the Rev. Alex Stewart, published in 1835.
The atlas is in good clean condition, though the binding to the front cover is almost detached and there are some historical repaires re-affixing pages, please see detailed photos.
It contains 9 pull-out maps and contains:
"Remarks on the Physical Peculiarities, Productions, Commerce and Government of the Various Countries"
It measures 6 inches by 4 inches.
