Issue was stored in garage and may have that smell to it.

Condition:

Cover: Shows wear with surface staining. Back cover has small rip to bottom edge. Good condition.

Spine: Shows heavy wear and damage. Acceptable condition.

Pages: Pages show some wear. A few pages have creased top corners. Good condition.

Issue is complete with no missing pages. Please see photos for condition.
