The Yamaha DD‑100 is truly a hidden gem — a simple guitar delay pedal built with Yamaha’s Pro Audio natural‑sound engineering.
Its core tone reflects Yamaha’s Made‑in‑Japan design philosophy, delivering low‑noise performance and a very natural, PA‑style direct sound that preserves the character of your original signal.
For an ’80s delay unit, it offers an impressive maximum delay time of up to 1400 ms.The delay tone was carefully tuned by Yamaha engineers to achieve an analog‑like warmth despite being digital. Compared with the Boss DD‑3, the DD‑100 is noticeably warmer, yet its repeats remain clear and well‑defined.
While it cannot compete with today’s multi‑function, ultra‑clean digital delays, the DD‑100 is personally one of the most intuitive and straightforward pedals to use.
In a band mix, the delay stands out clearly without getting lost, making it highly practical for live performance.

  It has been cleaned, but there are still some minor Velcro marks remaining on the bottom. The label sticker on the bottom is also missing
