Clearing out some bits! Here's something a bit unusual and quite rare for Marvel - a collection of Marvel UK material!
This collects the original 1990-91 run of Knights Of Pendragon and the second 1992-94 run.
Very much a book of two halves, the original Knights Of Pendragon was not the sort of thing Marvel usually do, being a 'mature readers' type affair. The book mixed Arthurian legend, the tale of the Green Knight and environmental horror to create a unique and successful series (quietly more long lived than Dragon's Claws and the original Death's Head books).
The second run saw the Knights given a more standard superhero makeover when they were relaunched as part of Marvel UK's big push into US format comics. Nice art aside, this run is so-so, but I am glad to see Marvel UK hasn't been totally forgotten.
