Rare Ideal Tin Can Alley Game Dr Pepper Can 1978 - WORKING

Listing: 1 x Ideal, Tin Can Alley game, with Dr Pepper Cans from the 1970's - England version.

Condition: Used, vintage condition. Made in the 1970's. Includes the original box lid and the polystyrene box. There is some damage to the packaging and it has been opened. The game has been tested as working, please see the listing video and photos. The light works on the gun, the trigger works, there is a small amount of corrosion in the battery areas, but the game still works with batteries. Batteries are not included. Two metal screws have been added, these are the light adjustment screws and not a flaw. The game reacts to the triggers, although it can sometimes trigger a 'hit' and make the can fall on the 3rd - 5th cans without a clear trigger. Some surface wear, some surface marks. No bull's-eye sticker label sheet. From smoke-free and pet free premises.

Description: A 1970's version of the Ideal, Tin Can Alley game.

Made from plastic and metal. The original packaging has been made from polystyrene and cardboard.

Battery operated, no batteries included. The batteries needed for the wall are 3 x SP2 batteries. The gun requires 4 x SP11 batteries.

Line the cans up on a faux wooden fence above the trigger points. Turn the game on and then aim the game gun towards the trigger points under the five cans. When the trigger points are hit, this will make the mechanism on the faux fence cause the tin cans to fall.

Number of players: 1 +
Recommended age: 9 years +

The gun comes partially assembled in the packaging and will need clipping back together to play. This can be left assembled after play, although it will be longer than the original packaging.

This set works up to 25 feet from the faux fence, in a well lit room. The game relies on the light sensor hitting the knothole under each can.

Size of the original box – Length: 81.5 cm  Width: 42.5 cm  Height: 10 cm
Weight: 2.84 kg, before postal packaging.
