KATHIE LEE WOMAN size 24W black velour stretch dress pants-38" waist 30" inseam.  Sorry the pics don't do this justice.  Laying flat it measures about 18" across elastic waistband.  It's 90% polyester and 10% spandex.  Very dressy and comfy feeling.  I don't think this has ever been worn.
