This is a vintage doll house it needs some work to finish it, but that's an advantage as you can make this your own design. It has a nice big front window, possibly suit a shop/home design. It is made of MDF (best guess). Very heavy and well constructed. Size and condition are shown in the photos. Shipping cost reflects size weight of item.
