Hello, You are bidding on a new dress from my inventory. 

The third picture best shows the color (somewhere between green and blue).

I can tell you this for certain -

1. This dress was sprayed with clean water from a water line leak in the store.

2. There are no apparent marks. See the pictures.

3. It is in brand new condition.

4. There is no damage from the clean water.

5. This was air dried and then hung up.

6. I know NOTHING about selling clothes.
