Condition is one of our top priorities. J&L Gems focuses on offering clean, collector-quality pieces, and individual cards are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our Mint/Near Mint condition standard.
Minor factory imperfections such as slight centering variations, print lines, or other manufacturing characteristics may occasionally be present. These are common with trading cards and do not necessarily prevent a card from being considered Near Mint.
Stock Photo Disclosure:
For certain lower-value or quantity listings, a stock photo or representative image may be used. In these cases, the card pictured may not be the exact individual card you receive.
Regardless of whether a stock photo is used, every individual card shipped by J&L Gems is inspected and guaranteed to meet our stated Mint/Near Mint condition standard unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
For listings where photos of the actual item are provided, those photos are considered part of the item description. Please review all available photos carefully before purchasing.
Grading Disclaimer:
While we specialize in high-quality cards and carefully inspect our inventory, raw card condition does not guarantee a specific numerical grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or any other professional grading company. Grading standards and results are determined solely by the grading company.
Factory-Sealed Products:
Factory-sealed products are sold unopened unless specifically stated otherwise. Because these products remain sealed, J&L Gems cannot inspect the contents inside.
Factory-sealed products may occasionally have minor cosmetic imperfections to the outer packaging from manufacturing, distribution, shipping, or handling.
Shipping:
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment, with most orders shipping the next business day
• Tracking is included when applicable based on the shipping service selected
• Cards are securely packaged using sleeves, top loaders, team bags, cardboard protection, bubble mailers, or other appropriate protective materials
• Sealed products and other collectibles are packaged appropriately to help protect their condition during transit
• Multiple purchases may be combined into one shipment when possible
• Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times
Payment Policy:
• Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase
• Unpaid orders may be cancelled and relisted after 48 hours
