The system works great and I had updated the system software on September 5,2026. The console has been factory reset. Two fully functional controllers, charging port, headset and 5 games also come with it along with all cords for each device. I do not know where the original case for Star Wars Battlefront disk is. There are just a few surface scratches/marks on top of the ps4 which are not very noticeable. The shipping price you see is everything in one box. If you do not want the headset then I can definitely use a smaller box lowering the shipping cost.
