We have always been top rated however with e.bays new rules of free shipping and next day delivery option. This is going to end as there is no free shipping and adding it into the item price makes our listing costs to high and you would not get the combined shipping discount that we offer. We work hard to get 95% items out the next working day so most items paid for over a weekend will go out on monday and start arriving from the wednesday subject to royal mail.

All uk buyers should get there items within 7 days of payment if you dont then send a message over and we will check and advise on tracking info quite often a delivery has been attempted and its at your local depot for a collection or re delivery. Dont wait any longer as if an item thats not collected gets returned you will have to pay to get it sent out again. As we have so many items going out and only the odd item gets stuck or delayed we donot have the time to enter everybodys tracking number in e.bay as our effort is to get items out as fast as possible and keep you the buyer happy.

All UK Post Prices are for recorded/tracked delivery very larger items or multi purchase maybe sent with a 48hr courier. As prices depend on size and weight and with the vast range of items we sell its best to ask if buying a few items.
we just allow a small amout for packing in the post price and with the cost of packet post now it will cost you more to send them than we charge on the same service as we send 1000s out we get a small discount.

We obtain a proof of posting for all items sent out however if an item gets lost or is damaged in the post. We can only refund or replace the item if we have any more in stock and the insured/tracking post option is taken, once we post an item its between you and the carrier as the delivery is out of our control.
