This auction is for a really nice and very well made trinket box or case that I believe it was used specifically for holding communion host. It has a religious symbol engraved in the top and then the bottom is stamped 800. Probably made in Italy or somewhere similar. Weighs 78.4 grams and it measures about 2.5" wide.
