Six little spools of J & P Coats mending floss, and a partial card of Bucilla Nylon Heel 'n Toe Yarn. These date from the 1930's and 1940's, when thrifty ladies repaired their hosiery rather than tossing it out.

The spools are about 3/4". Five appear unused, the last is mostly gone. The Heel 'n Toe card is torn at the bottom, but there is lots of mending yarn.

We are going through an estate with lots of vintage sewing items - we are always happy to combine!
