Antique Pair French Breton Carved Wood Figural Pillars Corbels Salvaged
A large and beautiful pair of hand made and hand carved wooden columns / pillars or corbels. They depict a typical Breton man and woman in traditional costume. The wood is solid and probably oak wood. They have been salvaged came from an old cabinet or other piece of furniture.
Made around 1900-1920, in the Brittany region of France.
Dimensions:
Height (without the wooden dowels on the top): about 18 inch or 46 cm
Condition: Good condition, some very minimal surface wear to the wood, they have been salvaged. See the photos. *Flower in the first photo is not included.
