Listing includes the MXR Carbon Copy Bright guitar effects pedal only. No power supply or additional items are included.

The pedal shows some signs of wear from general use, including minor scuffs and scratches in a few spots. The on/off footswitch light does not light up when the pedal is turned on, but the MOD button light does come on when engaged.

Other than the dead on/off light, the pedal has been tested and is in good working order.
