This Pokemon TCG Dark Dragonair is a vintage collectible for the 2002 set Legendary Collectition. The art is done by Kagemaru Himeno. This card is rather heavily played, but it's still great for play or display. It will also be put in a sleeve and top loader during shipping to ensure it won't get damaged in the process.
