Interesting estate-found collection of antique snapshot photographs, retained together in their original Kodak Finishing envelope from:

The group appears to date primarily from the 1910s, with several photographs having handwritten or stamped 1917 dates on the reverse.


The collection includes candid photographs of men and women, family and outdoor scenes, people posed around a home, a woman seated on a large sculptural lion, and other early snapshots. A wonderful little group showing everyday life and fashions of the period.


Includes the original Kodak finishing envelope as shown.


The largest photographs, including the two similar portraits of a woman standing beside a house, measure approximately 3 1/4 inches wide x 4 1/4 inches high. Other photographs vary in size.


Condition: Estate-fresh antique condition. Photographs have varying degrees of age-related toning, staining, fading, edge wear, creasing and slight curling. A few have more substantial creases, tears or losses. Original Kodak envelope has considerable age-related wear, creasing and edge/corner damage. Some photographs have period dates, numbers or writing on the reverse.
