vintage ceramic white sculptural wall plaque appears to be a Neoclassical style representation of a mermaid or Nereid riding a dolphin. Mythology themed. Shadowbox frame. Plaque is on black velvet. I took out to clean the glass which was so dusting. I didn't see any names or sorts. I suspect this was something you could buy in some furniture shop back in the day. Probably from the 40s/50s era. 8.5 x 9.25" frame. sculptural piece is about 3.5 x 2. Originally thought maybe Wedgwood made it as it sort of feels like it but doubt it is.
