M (Mint) - Perfect, no signs of use
NM (Near Mint) - As good as new, may have the slightest signs of handling.
VG+ (Very Good +) - Minor wear/signs of use, handled with care.
VG (Very Good) - Quite some light wear, light scratches or scuffing, or a few more pronounced scratches.
G/G+ (Good/Good+) - A lot of wear, scratches or scuffing, but no problems playing through.
P/F (Poor/Fair) - Disc may not play through properly. Packaging may be worn, damaged, rippled, torn, signifficantly faded, water damaged etc.
