Removed from a 1991 Camaro RS.  Harness #3 in the attached diagram.  This harness is for both left and right, high and low beam headlights, both front and side markers, horn, and brake switch.  It doesn't include any fog light circuits, as those are separate from the headlight circuit.  It also includes the connections to the wiper motor.  Please note that wiper motors 1987 and earlier will have a different connection than what this has.  82-83 are very different.  This may work with those, but you'll need to do some cutting and splicing to make it happen.
