This is a sad case. An original 1916 Hawaii Porcelain license plate dug out of the Hilo dump years ago with number 24, the second lowest number known for one of these. Unfortunately, the left side and HAW is gone. Fortunately, the center and right side is intact so it certain what it is. You get what you see...which is all original.
