Oval serving platter made by Noritake Ivory China of Japan, in the lovely pattern known as "Ivory and Mist" (#7280). This pattern was manufactured briefly from 1983-88, and features a simple lavender-gray band with gold trim on a white ground. This platter measures 12" long and 9" wide, and is in outstanding condition with no chips or cracks and little scratching; it looks hardly used. I have the matching serving bowl in a separate listing. Ivory and Mist is just gorgeous and surprisingly hard to find!
