Condition- Not running has a broken balance staff. Dial has chips along the outer edge and some hairlines. Hands are okay.

These watches are timed and I do the best. When they are running and timed they are sitting flat on the table, but you must know that when these watches travel in the Post Office sometimes, they are bumped a lot. That timing may change. It may change from running to not running. This watch is not serviced, and I don't know when the last time it was.
