An early 20thC plated desk stand featuring a pair of pen rests and cut glass inkwells. The plating has been polished away leaving a pale gold tone finish to the desk stand and bottle decoration.  The bottles appear in good order with no chips or cracks, the hinges are nice and the lids shut nice and level.  Two pens, one marked 'GW Hughes Birmingham', the other 'A Brown, London'.  Desk stand 23 x 10cm, the bottles are almost 6cm tall, roughly 5cm at their largest diameter and the base almost 30mm.
