Note  

SATC diamond stone do not need water or oil during the sharpening process
Put a little pressure, moving back and forward evenly. No need to put much pressure
Place the knife on the diamond surface and keep an angle for 15~20°. Move back and forward for several times, then change the other side of the knife and repeat the same process
Start with 400 first and repeat on the 1000 side. 400 for repairing large indentation, removing rough edges, and consolidating the blade. 1000 for removing burrs, polishing and smoothing edges
