Due to new EU customs regulations effective from July 1, 2026, a mandatory flat-rate duty now applies to all small imports. We have processed your shipment in accordance with these rules. If you receive any unexpected requests for customs duties from your local courier, please contact me first before making any payments.
USA Market Notice (DDP)
For US buyers, duties are prepaid and included in the final price. While returns are permitted, the original prepaid customs component is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.
Cancellation & Return Policies
Return Standards: Returns are exclusively accepted for functional defects not specified in the dossier. Damage resulting from incorrect voltage connection voids all return eligibility.
Buyer's Liability: For any cancellations due to stated technical specifications (Voltage, FM Frequency, Region locks), the buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
SHIPPING & IMPORT CHARGES NOTICE
All Countries - IMPORTANT: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are NOT included in the item price. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer under international trade law.
