This is from the famous Bali Hai Restaurant in San Diego CA.  I am helping a friend clean out her house.   There is a line under glaze see last photo.  You cannot feel it with your finger.   Could it be hairline Crack?    Not visible from outside of mug.    Please see pictures for description.   There are areas with missing paint.  Pictures are considered part of description.
