Ginbari Cloisonne Pigeon Blood Red Floral Vase 7.25" Tall  Vintage.  Width is 3.75".  Width at the rim is 2.3".  There is wear on the metal, top and bottom.  You can turn the metal on the bottom, however, it will not come off.  I can feel a couple nicks.  Very difficult to see.
