   THE CONTENT OF THE LETTER REFERS TO THE PRINTING of  BANK CHECKS.

CONDITION: It has normal letter folds and is in very good condition.  There is some ghost ink marks at the top best seen in the detail images where the letter was folded and typing ink ghosted.   Sold as is.  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letter.

Approximate size of  letterhead is 8 1/2" X 7 1/2".
